Shipping/returns

Hell Flower ships world wide. Please note that from the 1st of July 2021 all EU customer orders will incur customs fees regardless of the order value. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay this charge. 

UK orders please allow 3-5 days.

International please allow up to 8 weeks. 

To keep postage costs to a minimum, it's calculated on an item by item basis. Any additional items are calculated at a lower rate. 

We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure you add a correct shipping address when ordering.

Returns

We hope you are thrilled with your Hell Flower purchase, but should you wish to make a return or exchange please email hello@hellflower.co.uk 

-Please handle Hell Flower products with care. We are not able to refund or exchange items which are not in pristine condition. Items must be unused, unworn and in any original packaging provided. 

-Always include your full name, address and order number inside the package. 

-Please return your items within 21 days of receipt. 

-Returns are made at your own expense/risk so we recommend using a recorded service and retaining proof of postage. 

-Returns that are lost or damaged are not our responsibility. 

-Postage costs will not be refunded. Refunds are only issued on products.
